The bizarre soundscapes and the sinister lamentations of Gruftschlampen speak for themselves and prove a maximum of artistic freedom and joy of playing. The choice of songs is as characteristic as it is multi-faceted. Stomping New Wave Beats and Metal Riffs here, a little unpolished Punk there and in between all sorts of eerily weird soundscapes come up into the ears of the audience. It’s for your bizarre delight.

Prelude to the new album with the “Raben” (Ravens) EP
With the free download of the album “Monotonie & Gebete” (Monotony & Prayers) the Gruftschlampen (Crypt sluts) boarded the hearts of the Fans of bizarre music. Now the berlin-based duo returns with their new EP “Raben”, which will be available as a free download from March 8th 2013 on and offers the prelude to the upcoming album.
What you will receive is finest dark punk, that will stir the inveterate Deathrocker’s heart. Dirty, dark, provocative… That’s how the Gruftschlampen act in their lyrics, which simply express, what a lot of people keep in their minds. Here everything is outspoken. The whole gets perfected by aimed minimal-synth-sounds as well as melodic, swirling and raw guitars, that put your teeth on the edge.
The “Raben” EP is available from March 8th 2013 on as a free download on all well known portals as well as on afmusic.

Gruftschlampen Debütalbum “Monotonie und Gebete” als kostenfreier Download
Die Band GRUFTSCHLAMPEN gibt es seit Anfang 2009 und wurde von Brita (Gesang) und Kokel (Gitarre, Bass, Programming) gegründet. Musikalisch bezeichnen sich Gruftschlampen als eine Mischung aus Dark Punk und New Wave, wobei die Bezüge zum Deathrock kaum überhörbar sind.
Trotz des deathrockigen Sounds legen Gruftschlampen großen Wert darauf, ihre Texte in Deutsch zu verfassen, was der Musik, kombiniert mit den dominierend-klagenden Gesängen von Brita einen ganz eigenen Charakter gibt und aufzeigt, wie einzigartig doch Gruftschlampen sind.
Bereits 2010 veröffentlichten Gruftschlampen ihren wohl bekanntesten Song “Gummizelle” als kostenfreien Download auf ihrer bandeigenen Website. 2011 wurden dann noch viele weitere Songs aufgenommen, wovon einige es auf die erste Veröffentlichung “Monotonie und Gebete” geschafft haben. Das Debüt der Düsterrocker zeichnet sich durch kritische Texte, vor allem in Bezug auf die katholische Kirche sowie jeder Menge “Spaß im Dunklen” aus, welcher die Hauptmotivation der Band ist, wie man unschwer bei ihren Live-Auftritten feststellen kann.
Das Debütalbum “Monotonie und Gebete” ist ab dem 14. Februar 2011 als Gratisdownload auf Bandcamp sowie in allen bekannten Downloadportalen erhältlich.
